RoleSPC Manager aka SPC General Manager , PFI Operations Manager, PFI Performance Manager, PFI Compliance Manager, SPV Manager Location -Home Based with travel to Oxford and Daventry Salary - to72K + 30% Bonus + 7.35K Car + 10% Pension The role To look after two Healthcare / Hospital PFI contracts in Oxford and Daventry. The role will be mostly be based in Oxford as the must larger contract both have many years to run (10 years +) You We seek people with a similar background overseeing / managing PFI contacts ideally with a background in Building Surveying or Engineering. Responsibilities Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient conduct of the SPC. Ensure the SPC H&S monitoring regime is implemented.
