This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people withSocial, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning and overcome barriers.Support individual pupils and small groups both in the classroom and in dedicated intervention spaces.Work closely with teaching staff, the SENCO, and pastoral team to implement individual support plans.Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students.What we're looking for: Previous experience working with young people with SEMH needs or within a pastoral/behaviour support role is desirable.A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour management.
