Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Temporary Accommodation OfficersOversee the day-to-day operations of temporary accommodation across spot-purchased, leased, and hostel settingsEnsure all accommodation meets health 'safety standards and statutory requirementsBuild and manage effective relationships with private landlords, managing agents, and other stakeholdersSupport service transformation and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor performance, manage voids, and minimise rent lossDeputise for the Accommodation Services Lead when required
