Job Title: Deputy Nursing Home Manager Location: Southport Salary: £25.42 per hour = £58160.96 Hours: 44 hours per week - primarily supernumerary Shifts: 8am - 8pm, with some weekends and rota-based on-call included About the Role of Deputy Nursing Home Manager: We are looking for a passionate and experienced RGN or RMN to join our team as Deputy Home Manager in a well-established, supportive care home environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically strong, team-focused nurse to step into a leadershiprole while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a largely supernumerary position. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, providing clinical oversight, mentoring the nursing and care team, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care and compliance.
