Goods In Operative Newbury £25,500 Per Annum Our long-standing and highly respected client, based in Newbury, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Goods in Operative to join their expanding team. Goods In Operative Roles and Responsibilities: Receive and unload deliveries of components and equipment Check incoming goods against delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices Verify quantities and inspect for any visible damage or discrepancies Carry out visual inspections and basic functional tests to ensure items meet internal and customer quality standards Report any quality concerns, damages, or non-conformities to the relevant department Accurately input stock information into the inventory management system Maintain clear and up-to-date records of all received goods Goods In Operative Ideal Candidate: Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Confident using IT systems, particularly warehouse or inventory software Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous experience working with electronic components Goods In Operative Working Hours and Benefits: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 Friday 08:30 - 16:00 Pension scheme: the employee typically ...
