This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously worked in a Teaching Assistant role and are passionate about helping learners overcome barriers to education. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students in classrooms, workshops, and during breaks. Assisting with personal care and safe travel where required. Acting as a note taker and helping students understand and complete coursework. Liaising with tutors and maintaining accurate progress records. Matching students to suitable jobs or placements and negotiating with employers. Providing on-the-job coaching and support to both students and employers. Creating vocational profiles and action plans to guide career development.
