Teaching Assistant - Full Time Location:West Drayton Hours:8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Salary:Based on experience We are seeking an experienced and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Support students in mainstream setting both individual and group settings. Assist with the delivery of lessons and ensure the effective engagement of students. Provide emotional and academic support to help students overcome barriers to learning. Work alongside teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with SEN students will be a bonus. Caring, patient, and able to build strong relationships with students. Looking for a long-term position with the desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives.
