Estate Caretakers required to work with Solihull/Birmingham based award winning Housing Associations Maintenance team.My client requires an experience and professional estate caretakers on a permanent contract to carry out property and estate maintenance. Work will include communal area cleaning, clearing, gardening, leaf clearances, litter picking, graffiti removal, minor general building maintenance. Work will be carried out on sheltered accommodation, retirement schemes and villages as well as accommodation blocks.You will need to be friendly, approachable and have good communication skills. You will be covering Solihull & Birmingham locations.Access to a company van is provided so you will need a driving license.
