About You: Confident communicator Excellent clinical knowledge The ability to challenge the way things are and find better alternatives Committed and organised approach Care Manager Vacancy Details: £31,000 per annum Excellent reputation mileage paid after 5 miles Annual bonus scheme 5-star experience Care Manager main duties: Assist the day to day running of the service Lead a team of people to provide outstanding care Provide support, supervision, and mentoring To ensure effective running and allocation of work to a team of Seniors and Support Workers, including contributing towards managing the staff rota, performance, health and safety, infection control, conduct and attendance Practice within the guidance and legal framework of CQC Regulations and the Essential standards of Quality and Safety, Infection Control, Medication and Confidentiality, and National Medical Council's standards and guidance.
