You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people who may have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect.About the Role:* Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to children* Help create a stable and caring home environment that promotes healing, growth, and independence.* Support children with routines, schoolwork, activities, and personal development.* Manage challenging behaviour with empathy, patience, and consistency.* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including social workers, therapists, and education professionals.* Keep accurate records and contribute to care plans and reports.What We’re Looking For:* A genuine passion for working with children and young people.* Experience in a care, support, or education setting (preferred but not essential).* Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work under pressure and handle emotionally challenging situations.* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health and So...
