As a Waking Night Mental Health Recovery Worker at Hestia, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals within our Mental Health and Complex Needs service, helping them move towards greater empowerment and independence. You will be responsible for a caseload of clients, using person-centred planning and recovery-focused approaches to support their health, wellbeing, and ability to sustain tenancies. Your work will involve building on each individual's strengths to help them achieve personal goals and aspirations, while reducing the risk of hospital readmissions.
