Job Summary:You will be required to fabricate a range of pipe arrangements from workshop drawings, using a variety of welds, i.e., TIG, MMA and MAG.Hours:Monday-Friday 07:00-17:00Competitive rates of pay based on experience. with overtime available at 1.5Key Responsibilities:* Read and understand the pipe fabrication drawings for each project.* Fabricate and weld pipe sets for various pipe diameters* Ensure company welding procedures are adhered to and pipe preparation and fit up is carried out to the correct standard.* Complete Cross Training in various welding activities.* Ensure Company H&S Processes followed.* Use precision measurement instruments and metal cutting and grinding equipment.* General workshop dutiesRequirements Essential:* Experience working as a fabricator welder in Pipe Fabrication and Welding.* The ability to interpret welding procedure requirements.* Able to use Shop floor hand tools.* Confident in understanding shop fabrication and assembly drawingsDesirable:* Previous experience as a pipe fabricator, producing a wide range of pipe arrangements with either TIG/MAG and able to use MMA.* Previous experience within a heavy fabrication, architectural steelwork or welding environment...
