ProGroup Recruitment are working with one of the largest housing providers who are actively searching for an experienced cleaner to work within their Voids team.PLEASE NOTE ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCEKey Responsibilities:*Conduct deep cleans in void (vacant) properties, including end-of-tenancy and environmental cleans*Remove furniture, rubbish, carpets, and non-standard fittings from all areas, including lofts and basements*Clear and tidy gardens, removing waste, overgrowth, and fly-tipped materials*Clean out garages and sheds, and dismantle them when required*Load and safely dispose of waste at authorised tips using a company-provided van*Follow all health and safety guidelines and proceduresWhat We’re Looking For:*Full UK driving licence (essential - you’ll be provided with a van and fuel card)*Experience in deep, environmental, or end-of-tenancy cleaning*Physically fit and happy to handle demanding manual work in varied conditions*Able to work independently and manage your own workload*Good understanding of health and safety practicesWhat’s on Offer:*Company van and fuel card*Excellent pension scheme*Life assurance*Generous holiday entitlement*Awar...
