Day-to-day of the role:Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Assist with the preparation and delivery of learning materials and activities under the guidance of the teacher. Monitor and support the progress of students both academically and socially. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that fosters a sense of security and encourages student participation. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support individual student needs. Adapt communication style to suit the needs of individual students. Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar, preferably within an inclusive education setting. A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with diverse learning needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
