Repairs Manager Bromsgrove £42,289.52 We are looking for looking for a Repairs Manager to deliver an exceptional responsive repairs service across both tenanted and empty properties, whilst ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely and to a high standard. You will ensure thatstaff, contractors, and third parties communicate clearly and effectively with customers and their representatives throughout the process, with a strong focus on consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be collaborating with the Responsive Repairs Manager and Head of Repairs to play a key part in the successful implementation of the Corporate Action Plan as well as ensuring the trust housing management system, including the stock condition databasein consistently maintained. You must influence a culture of customer excellence across the organisation, ensuring that customers are at heart of all decision-making and take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of a team of multi-skilledtrades people. You will lead on the collection, monitoring, and reporting of KPI’s identifying trends and areas where improvements can be made.
