Property Specialist – Local Authority, South Coast (Island-Based Role) 400 PAYE / £525 Umbrella / Deemed LTD (Inside IR35) 22 hours per week (3 days) Initial 3 month contractOverview of the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Property Specialist to join a local authority's Asset Management team for a part-time interim assignment. The post is for 3 days a week (22 hours) over an initial 12-20-week period, with potential for extension.The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and direction on the management, optimisation, acquisition, and disposal of the Council’s land and property assets. This is a hybrid role, with remote working supported—however, site visits on the Island will be required, and applicants must have their own vehicle.
