We have an extremely exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Part Time Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced kitchen within this well-known venue near Colchester. Our client is a locally renowned fresh food cafe and can cater for 200 covers on their busydays. They have a lovely outdoor seating and garden area for the summer, and serve breakfast and lunch, along with a delightful afternoon tea option. They pride themselves on using locally grown produce, using in-season goods wherever possible. This popular café is set in a small, picturesque village on the outskirts of Colchester Essex countryside, and attracts a large customer base to enjoy the traditional seasonal menu with modern British influences. Our client is looking for a hardworking Part Time Chef de Partie who comes from a strong kitchen background using fresh food, who is looking for the opportunity to learn and grown within the team. You will be working in a small kitchen brigade of chefs, you will have good all round kitchen experience, being able to run a section as required, managing the prep and ordering to assist the senior chefs.
