As our new Finance Administrator, you’ll be the person who makes sure our financial and admin tasks are always in safe hands organised,accurate, and on time. Your day-to-day will include: Processing invoices, managing petty cash, and recording income and expenditure Supporting service users with personal allowances and bill payments Preparing monthly reconciliations and banking transactions Providing up-to-date budget info to the Service Manager Liaising with councils, social work departments, and other agencies Keeping everything from meeting minutes to mail and noticeboards in check Playing a key part in making the office a welcoming, professional space You’ll also support HR and staff records, help arrange meetings and visits, and generally be the go-to person for all things organised and efficient. What you’ll bring: Solid experience with financial procedures and admin systems Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Accurate typing skills and strong organisation A warm, approachable manner whether helping a service user, staff member or visitor The ability to work independently and juggle tasks with ease Why this role matters...
