This is a high-impact, sensitive role requiring exceptional discretion, a deep understanding of covert operations, and the ability to identify, recruit, and manage covert sources. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-level research to identify potential CHIS candidates Recruit and manage CHIS in support of Organised Immigration Crime investigations Produce clear, accurate, and high-quality intelligence reports Ensure strict compliance with RIPA 2000, CPIA 1996, ECHR, and other relevant legislation Maintain the highest level of operational security at all times Participate in out-of-hours duties and provide broader support to the Dedicated Source Unit as requiredJob Activities Work flexibly including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts where operational needs demand Be part of a ...
