The role Efficiently log IT incidents and service requestsusing our ticket system. Manage callsto the highest quality standard, including using a standard greeting, correct triage of calls, and explaining next steps when necessary. Perform remote troubleshootingthrough diagnostic techniques and ensure high-standard triaging of calls. Support a variety of technologiesincluding Audio Visual systems, desk and mobile phones, laptops, Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, and in-house applications. Quickly escalate major incidentsto IT management, obtaining detailed information about the incident and its impact. Maintain excellent communication skillsand a strong desire to assist others. ...
