Board Governance Assistance | 3 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Remote | Starting ASAP Day Rate: DOE About the role: You will Provide high-level PA support to the Chair, managing diary, travel, and communications. Act as first point of contact, handling enquiries and correspondence with discretion and efficiency. Manage and triage incoming mail and emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Support governance processes in line with client standards, including maintaining registers and records. Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation. Coordinate and minute meetings, ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions. Maintain organised filing systems using Microsoft 365, ensuring accessibility and accuracy. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support the Chair and Non-Executive Directors. Provide flexible support to the Governance & Corporate Records Manager and Board Secretary.
