This is an exciting opportunity to work at the headquarters of a well-known vehicle manufacturer, renowned for its participation in high-level motorsports. The role is client-facing and involves regular interactions with VIPs, requiring a professional and personable approach.Key Responsibilities for a Maintenance Electrician:* Conduct routine maintenance on emergency lighting systems.* Perform water temperature checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on Air Handling Units (AHUs).* Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for optimal performance.* Undertake light plumbing tasks as needed.* Walk up to 20,000 steps daily across the site, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.* Maintain a high level of professionalism in client-facing situations, particularly when interacting with VIPs.Experience required for a Maintenance Electrician:* Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance electrician, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.* Skills: Strong knowledge of emergency lighting systems, AHUs, BMS, and general maintenance tasks.
