The Import Logistics Coordinator works within the Export Logistics department. The team transacts between 70-100 imports a month and with newly implemented import processes. Hybrid position: 2 days homeworking Responsibilities - Import Logistics Coordinator Responsible for Import Operations which will encompass coordination of tasks such as sourcing, repairs and return material authorisation (RMA), collaborating with stakeholders such as carriers, freight forwarders and custom brokers to optimise the importationprocess. Support Customs Compliance, controlling theIPR processfrom RMA to Bill of Discharge, working closely with import brokers to ensure compliance with import and trade regulations, preparing and submitting accurate customs clearance instructions. Organise and maintain comprehensive shipment records, ensuring that documentation is complete and accessible for audit purposes, verifying/reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs requirements.
