This is a high-impact leadership role within the Resort ManagementTeam, ideal for a commercially minded professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Description Oversee daily operations of bars and shops across the resort Lead and develop a team of 125 employees Manage budgets: payroll, stock, inventory, and P&L Drive sales, reduce waste, and control variable costs Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and audit standards Improve guest experience using feedback and data (NPS focus) Manage central rostering and align staffing with guest demand Own the full employee lifecycle: hiring, training, performance, retention Collaborate with resort and central support teams Profile Proven experience in hospitality and retail leadership Strong commercial and financial acumen Passionate about guest experience and team development Skilled in managing KPIs, costs, and operational risks
