CNX are recruiting for a high end, residential renovation and refurbishment contractor based in Edinburgh, who specialise in high-end interior refurbishment projects in this sector.They are looking for a highly motivated, time served Site Supervisor to join the team on a 6 month contract, overseeing the full renovation of a residential property in south Edinburgh.The ideal candidate will have:* A time served joinery background with experience working in multi trade refurbishments.* Supervisory experience and a willingness to work on, and off, the tools at times.* Excellent communication skills* Strong attention to detail* Good leadership skills* Experience of working with other trades* Good computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel* A positive approach and appreciation of delivering excellent customer service* Full clean drivers licence* First Aid at Work* CSCS* SSSTS (essential)This is a 6 month contract - Day rate will be £230 - £250 per shift, depending on experience and location.Start date will be August.Please follow link to apply...
