Job Title: Senior Associate - Account Review Team Location: Harrow, West London (Fully Office Based) Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: Up to £28,000 per annumAbout the Role: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Senior Associate to join our Account Review Team for a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your knowledge of UK banking regulations, financial crime compliance, and customer due diligence in a fast-paced office-based environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct reviews of retail and corporate accounts, including PEP accountsPerform enhanced due diligence (EDD) and ongoing monitoring on High and Medium Risk client accountsIdentify and investigate potential financial crime risks, including AML, Sanctions, Fraud, and ABCMonitor account activity to detect suspicious or unusual transactionsLiaise with internal stakeholders to resolve account and compliance issuesAssist with departmental projects and other tasks as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a compliance role within the banking sectorStrong knowledge of UK banking regulations, KYC, AML, and Sanctions proceduresFamiliarity with account reviews, transaction monitoring, and use of screening toolsExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and ExcelA colla...
