They are on a mission to exceed there customers' demands and deliver high-quality bespoke products. There manufacturing processes demand a responsive and flexible approach to planning.As the Shift Production Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a 3-year strategic plan while overseeing day-to-day production operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will provide leadership, management, and direction to the Team Leaders.Key responsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to drive operational delivery and quality, ensuring production activities consistently meet performance targets and adhere to the highest standards Ability to manage risk, present solutions, think outside the box with a can-do attitude You will be accountable for Safety, Quality, People, and Cost (SQPC) throughout your shift and responsible for the overall site environment, including the facility infrastructure Develop and implement detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and improve manufacturing efficiency while adhering to lean manufacturing principles. Work with procurement to ensure prompt availability of raw materials and components.
