Could you encourage learners in mainstream or SEN that need a little extra support?Join our dedicated and friendly team as a SEND Learning Support Assistant and help transform lives through education.About the Role:We are looking for a caring, resilient and proactive individual to support students with a range of special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning delays. You will work closely with class teachers, the SENDCo and other professionals to ensure our pupils receive personalised, inclusive and nurturing support both in and out of the classroom.We have roles in mainstream and SEND specific provisions for permanent roles and long term placements. We also have ad hoc daily roles available for the next academic year, so please do get in touch.
