Job Title: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Greenford, London Start Date: September 2025 Salary: Competitive, based on experience Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Greenford is seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis from September 2025. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges) Support teaching staff in the delivery of differentiated learning activities Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Monitor and record student progress, reporting to the SENCO and teaching staffRequirements: Experience working with young people with special educational needs (ideally in a school or educational setting) Degree educated (desirable) A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamWhy Join Us?
