The role involves responding to inquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons policies. Responsibilities: Coordinate and support high-quality repairs and maintenance across the residence, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards. Provide hands-on assistance based on technical expertise and operational needs. Deliver administrative and clerical support to the Engineering Department, handling inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously to ensure resident satisfaction. Ensure compliance with legislation, Health and Safety regulations, Emergency Procedures, and Four Seasons’ standards, fostering a culture of safety, service excellence, and operational compliance. What we are looking for: Hardworking and respectful. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with the Four Seasons team, external engineers, and contractors. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email etiquette. Resourceful and proactive.
