The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for aCommercial Litigation Solicitorwith3+ PQE , to join a well-regarded team inExeter . This role offers the chance to work on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder litigation, financial disputes, negligence claims, and judicial reviews. The team also covers a range of specialist sub-sectors, including energy & waste, marine, business risk, regulation, and insolvency, each led by specialist Partners. This is a fast-growing department, and the successful candidate will be given early exposure to high-quality work, from working on contentious matters to advising on regulatory issues. The team advises a range of clients, from local businesses to national and international companies, ensuring varied and dynamic caseloads. The Ideal Candidate: PQE : At least3+ PQEinCommercial Litigation , with experience in a broad range of commercial disputes. Technical ability : A strong understanding of commercial litigation, and the ability to adapt and expand expertise into complementary areas. Client relationships : The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. A client following would be advantageous, though not essential. Resilience and drive : Comfortable working under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines, while proactively developing your own specialism.
