We’re looking for aNorthern Operations Managerto join our team in Scotland and the north of England. Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the People team, you will be responsible for 6 to 7 of our restaurants. With several new openings in the pipeline, the successful candidate will be involved in our upcoming expansion. We are very food, service, and people-focused, and we are looking for an Operations Manager who shares these passions! Overview: You oversee and remain ultimately accountable for the success and profitability of all aspects of restaurant operations in your area, ensuring Pho’s food and service standards are maintained and continuously improved through the right people and practices. As part of the senior team, you communicate the wider company message to all levels of management, helping ensure strategies and initiatives become operational realities.
