Drive showroom traffic and maximize sales through strong leadership, process management, and customer engagement. Ensure every customer experience reflects our commitment to honesty, transparency, and long-term satisfaction. Oversee and manage CRM systems and follow-up processes to maintain top-tier lead handling and retention. Collaborate closely with upper management and other departments to maintain operational efficiency and dealership success. Coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer communication. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement improvements.What We’re Looking For:Proven track record in automotive sales and management—Honda experience is a plus. Strong CRM experience with a data-driven approach to customer follow-up and retention. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
