You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providersThis is a residential specialist service for adults with Autism and behaviours that challenge. The individuals are supported to live as independently as possible and are supported with life skills within the home and community**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent**As The Deputy Manager Your Key Responsibilities IncludePromote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice, whilst ensuring compliance with external regulatory standards are met at all times Be required to deputise in the absence of the manager Provide specific management, support, advice and motivation to the staff team to ensure that the people who use are services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goals To help achieve the aim of delivering a fantastic person:centred support serviceThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Have an understanding of person centred, needs:led and outcome based service Committed to quality care and service provision Able to maintain confidentiality Able to work under pressure Experience in working with people who have a learning disability and can present with complex behavioursBenefitsThe successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP14.40 per hour and the annual salary is GBP29,952 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week.
