About the Role As an Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with theEarly Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)framework. Work closely with nursery-aged children, bothindividually and in small groups , to support their development. Help create astimulating, inclusive, and caring environmentwhere children feel safe and inspired to learn. Assist withobserving and documentingchildren’s progress and developmental milestones. Prepare resources, set up engaging play-based activities, andcontribute to the smooth running of the nursery day . Support children withspecial educational needs (SEND)where required. What We’re Looking For ALevel 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcareor equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma). Experience supporting children in Nursery or Reception settings (school-based or private nursery experience welcome). Agood understanding of the EYFScurriculum and how to apply it in practice. Acalm, patient, and nurturing personalitywith a genuine passion for early years education. Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with staff and families.
