You'll be expected to work the full spectrum of shifts, which includes long days, long nights, and twilight hours. ? Each shift lasts 11 hours and 45 minutes, and we do not operate short shifts. ? A calm, confident communicator with excellent clinical judgement. A collaborator with a flexible approach and a passion for emergency care. Previous ED experience is desirable but not essential, we welcome nurses looking to transition into emergency nursing. Job responsibilitiesThe post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality care to a defined patient group either within the acute hospital or community based setting. They are responsible for the assessment, development,delivery and evaluation of evidence based individualised patient care within the boundaries of their role. The post holder will contribute to the continuing development of standards of care including developments of nursing standards and monitoring of outcomes.
