Lead Physician – Bupa Health Clinics (Sevenoaks, Orpington, Tunbridge Wells) Permanent | Full-time | Competitive Salary + Benefits Are you a dynamic and experienced GP with a passion for clinical leadership? Your leadership will ensure consistent standards of high-quality care across Bupa Health Clinics atSevenoaks Medical Centre , Lyca Health Orpington and The Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic . This is an exciting opportunity to blend hands-on clinical work with strategic oversight in a setting that prioritises patient experience, clinical governance, and continuous professional development. About the Role: You will be responsible for: Providingclinical leadershipand management to Bupa doctors and Health Advisors across our centres and remote services. Deliveringcomprehensive health assessmentswith a varied caseload. Playing a key role inclinical governance , including audits, incident reviews, and preparation for CQC inspections. Supporting and mentoring GPs throughCPD ,appraisals , andperformance management , fostering a culture of excellence and learning. Driving results and quality improvements in collaboration with centre and hospital management teams. What We’re Looking For: An experienced GMC registered GP. Passion for deliveringhigh-quality, patient-centred care . Demonstrated experience inclinical leadership , team development, and performance management. Excellent communication, decision-making and organisational skills. Confidence in working within bothface-to-face and remote services . A commitment to continuous professional development and healthcare improvement. Previous experience within theprivate healthcare sector including carrying out health assessments . Background in mentoring, training, and appraisal. Familiarity withquality improvement frameworksand commercial healthcare operations. Why Bupa?
