The role will ideally be on a full time basis, or 30 hours per week minimum. Hybrid working available. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, award winning Firm who are modern, friendly and ambitious; coupled with a down to earth approach.Why apply for this role?You will be working as part of a great team in a role that will enable you to be challenged and grow, with strong administrative support provided.About the roleIn joining our established conveyancing team you will have a varied caseload which covers all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, mortgages and transfers of equity along with the interesting challenges of dealing with properties in rural locations and property work flowing from our residential property department.Who you are?As the ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. You will be a competent residential property lawyer with a broad range of residential property experience and will be able to progress a diverse range of files confidently.For this role we are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer with competent legal skills with the ability to confidently deal with a broad caseload. You will be a people person who has a positive, team-focused approach and will be used to working with case management systems. You will positively enjoy client contact and keeping everyone updated.You will also be a team player with strong communication and organisational skills and will be passionate about providing excellent client service.
