The role will involve exposure to complex Excel models and Power BI, and so whilst on-the-job training will be fully provided, we are looking for an individual with a strong technical mindset.In this role you will support the creation and continual development of RSM UK’s management reporting, annual budgeting process, month end reporting cycle and ad-hoc financial analysis as required by our leadership teams.You’ll make an impact by:Undertaking research review and analysis with a view to identifying opportunities to improve the effective and efficient delivery of Management Information and work with others to achieve changes Developing a thorough understanding of the business and its internal finance reporting systems and methodologies Applying business understanding to enable improved operational performance to be delivered through the production of meaningful and accurate information and reports Looking for areas of consistency and best practice in the production and use of management information Developing an understanding of the firm's culture and strategy and how change is achieved Building excellent working relationships particularly with other members of the Commercial Finance teamWhat we are looking for:We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
