ExperienceHas customer care experience or experience of being a carer. Experience of working unsupervised. Willingness to complete NVQ 2 or 3 in a related subject. QualificationsBasic literacy and numeracy skills Basic computer experience Have the Care certificate or willing to undertake it. Experience in phlebotomy.
