Health Care Assistant - Castle Health CentreThe post holder works under indirectsupervision of the practice nurse team leader and undertakes task and dutiesdelegated by the practice nurse team leader or a suitably qualified regulated professional.They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needsof patients, following policy and procedures can provide supervision to practicephlebotomist as required. ExperienceHas customer care experience or experience of being a carer. Experience of working unsupervised. Willingness to complete NVQ 2 or 3 in a related subject. QualificationsBasic literacy and numeracy skills Basic computer experience Have the Care certificate or willing to undertake it. Experience in phlebotomy.
