The role: This is a key leadership role within our multidisciplinary team, combining expert clinical practice with service development, innovation, and team mentorship. As our Lead Physiotherapist you will help shape high-quality, evidence-based therapy delivery across complex care pathways. Key responsibilities include: Leading complex neuro and respiratory assessments and treatment. Integrating advanced technologies (robotics, EMG tools, digital monitoring). Driving service development, audits, and quality improvement. Supervising and mentoring physiotherapy staff and assistants. Acting as a key MDT contributor for goal setting and discharge planning. Delivering training, translating research, and fostering evidence-based practice. Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights About you: For this role, you'll need: HCPC registration and extensive experience in neurological and respiratory rehabilitation. Confident in clinical decision-making and managing complex patient needs. Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for developing others. Technologically minded with a drive for innovation and service improvement. Excellent communicator and team collaborator with a patient-first approach. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
