Main duties of the jobMain duties of the job This is an exciting and varied leadership role for someone passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care to some of society’s most vulnerable individuals. You will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, coordinating the day-to-day provision of integrated wellbeing, mental health, and substance use healthcare within a custodial setting. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will hold a small clinical caseload, providing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based interventions. You will champion the delivery of care within a stepped care mental health model, ensuring robust referral management, allocation of named workers, and continuity of care. In addition, you will support the implementation and ongoing development of targeted care pathways, making sure that service users receive personalised support based on their individual needs.
