Job summary Are you a children's Speech and Language Therapist looking for a new challenge, to further your career and gain valuable management experience? Due to promotion and retirement within the service we're advertising an exciting opportunity for two Band 7 Children's Speech and Language Therapy Team Leaders, for our Complex Needs Team and Mainstream Schools Team. The Speech & Language Therapy Service is going through a period of transformation and you have the chance to take a key role in leading this change, supported by senior management. Demonstrate compassionate leadership and empathy to support the teams and the families of the children we work with. Utilise well-developed time management and prioritisation skills. Apply creativity and problem-solving to manage a range of issues. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Provide management supervision to senior members of the teams. Maintain high standards within the teams to enable the provision of safe and effective care. Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues.
