Join Our Team as a Senior Support Worker - Waking NightLocation: Tadley, HampshireSalary: £14.10 per hour (£29,328 pro rata) plus benefits.Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, shifts 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).Contract: Full-time, Permanent.Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is preferable, but not essential.Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.About Heather HouseHeather House is a specialist nursing home for sixteen young adults living with severe complex neurological, learning, and physical disabilities and life-limiting conditions, including Juvenile Batten disease (CLN3), and Rett syndrome.Residents enjoy activities such as music, singing, accessing a hydrotherapy pool, and celebrating events like Valentines, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, with a magical Christmas wonderland in the garden.What we are looking forWe are expanding our team in Tadley and seek compassionate, enthusiastic Support Workers with strong emotional resilience.
