Our Client Based in the North are seeking for a consultant in General Medicine ASAP START – 3 months (With a view to extend) We have Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM/Or the Option of Full Rota Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to medical inpatients and support acute medical admissions Take a leadership role in the assessment and management of complex cases Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective and patient-centred care Participate in the development and improvement of medical services within the Trust Contribute to teaching and training of junior doctors and medical students Participate in the on-call rota as required Full GMC registration with a licence to practise Entry on the Specialist Register in General/Internal Medicine (or within 6 months of obtaining CCT at time of interview) Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice Strong communication and leadership skills Right to work in the UK Interest or subspecialty expertise in areas such as Respiratory, Cardiology, Geriatric, or Acute Medicine Experience in service development and quality improvement What We Offer: Continuous Support – Providing excellent service for locums and helping their career goals.
