Overseeing team members. Ensuring the flow of shipments both inbound and outbound in the manner that is most cost effective. Works to resolve errors and issues with customers. Files required documentation with trucking companies for corrective action. Routes outbound delivered loads and inbound back-hauls. Utilizes logistics software. Creates required export documentation to support international orders. Manages load utilization. Coordinates common carrier activities. Maintains customer database and profile by customer location. Updates information for each customer. Maintains customer delivery time windows. Maintains customer database network system. Responsible for tracking raw materials. Manages communications associated with logistics distribution of material. Coordinates the distribution point of material for incoming and outgoing material.Your ExpertisePrevious experience in a similar role preferred Strong computer literacy Excellent communication skills Ability to overseeing staff as required Willingness to learn quickly Adaptable and flexible to undertake a range of responsibilities Team playerNo unsolicited agency submittals please.
