You’ll be proactive in handling a caseload of cyber claims and will be heavily involved in incident management. This role will require you to react quickly to new claims, being on hand to offer support to our clients. You will liaise with external bodies/vendors, and attend regular feedback meetings with clients. You will undertake regular audits, reporting on trends, issues and training requirements. While experience of cyber claims and incident management is preferred, training is available for the right candidate. The skills you will have when you apply:Able to demonstrate experience of incident management/ project management, adjusting and claims handling process from instruction to conclusion Experienced dealing with cyber claims would be advantageous although full training will be provided Motivated, self-sufficient and able to work under minimal supervision Confident and detailed with electronic file management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing time and working under pressure to tight deadlines Ability to manage the demands of numerous tasks May be required to travel on company business ad-hoc basis.
