Permanent, Full time Royal Mail Farringdon An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Royal Mail as a UX Manager. In this position, you'll support the continuous improvement of user experience across all Royal Mail digital platforms. This role helps shape user-friendly and effective journeys using modern UX tools and methodologies. About the role In this position, you'll: Collaborate with senior UX and product teams to enhance key customer journeys across Royal Mail App, Shop, and Website. Lead and execute user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews. Translate research insights into actionable design recommendations. Create low-to-high fidelity prototypes and interaction designs using Figma. Support the development and refinement of wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows. Help maintain and contribute to Royal Mail's evolving design system. Work cross-functionally with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure UX continuity. Monitor digital performance and customer feedback to identify UX opportunities. Help establish a multivariate testing programme across platforms to embed a test-and-learn approach to UX changes. About You A minimum of three years' experience working in similar UX and design-focused roles. Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility best practices. Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma. Experience in conducting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research. Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target (Desirable). Exposure to working in ecommerce, logistics, or complex service-based industries (Desirable). Detail-oriented and passionate about improving user experiences. Empathetic, curious, and data-informed in your design thinking. Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
