Reporting directly to the Head of Tendering Centre, you will support the existing Bid / No Bid process and produce tailored RFP and tender documents in response to formal tenders. Location:Head Office, Newton-le-Willows WA12 area, and home-based 3 days a week. Start date:We are looking to fill this position ASAP! What we need from you: Experience: Bid writing experience, particularly in facilities management and/or recruitment tenders, is advantageous. Qualifications & Licenses: Valid driving license. Full five-year employment history with at least 2 references, credit check, and right to work verification. Relevant professional qualifications (preferred). Role Responsibilities: Bid Management: Understand Kingdom Group's services and bid process. Support bid/no bid decision-making. Coordinate with stakeholders and manage timelines. Manage shared email accounts. Bid Creation: Create tailored RFP and tender documents. Oversee bid submission from start to finish. Build relationships with stakeholders across departments. Maintain and improve bid libraries and version control. Manage client portals and distribute information. Update and maintain the CRM pipeline for tenders.
