Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients Drafting clear and concise communications materials (e.g. press releases, media Q&As, statements, messaging frameworks, by-lined articles, digital copy) Leading proactive and reactive media engagement, working into senior members of the team Owning your own relationships with key media and stakeholders, and helping clients build theirs Supporting clients through moments of change or reputational challenge Managing internal workflows and contributing to effective project delivery Coaching junior colleagues and fostering a positive team culture Contributing to new business pitches and thought leadership Attending events and staying on top of business and media trends ️ A solid grounding in corporate communications, either within an agency or in-house team ️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ️ A good working knowledge of the media landscape and the ability to identify compelling stories ️ Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities ️ A collaborative mindset and ability to lead by example ️ Experience working with complex organisations or in issues-led environments ️ Curiosity about the world — business, current affairs, and the forces shaping corporate reputation ️ The ability to build and own trusted relationships with key media and stakeholders We’re proud to be an inclusive organisation and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
